These Terms of Use govern your use of MusclePath. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MusclePath. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your data
- Your training data is stored on your device and backed up to our cloud under a backup code that only you hold — keep that code confidential, just like a password.
- Tell us immediately at support@musclepath.app if you believe someone has gained access to your backup code.
- You may request deletion of your cloud backup at any time by contacting support.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MusclePath: no probing or attacking the service, no automated scraping, no using the app to store unlawful content, and no interfering with other users.
Health and safety disclaimer
Important: MusclePath provides general fitness information and tools, not medical advice. Training plans, AI coach suggestions, and exercise guidance are not a substitute for professional medical or coaching counsel.
Always warm up, use safe technique, and consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program — especially if you have injuries, a medical condition, or have been inactive. You train at your own risk.
AI-generated plans
Plans generated by the Coach Hub are produced by an AI model from the information you provide. Review any plan against your own judgment and circumstances before following it.
Intellectual property
The MusclePath app, its design, and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You keep full ownership of the workouts, logs, and other content you create — you grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you inside the app.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep MusclePath available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. These terms may also be updated — material changes will be announced in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusclePath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the app.
